The Neouvielle Reserve
Neighbouring the Pyrenees National Park, the Néouvielle Nature Reserve extends across 2,000 hectares, offering an extremely beautiful landscape of lakes and mountaintops. Néouvielle features over 70 lakes, scattered between the mountains in hues varying from jade green to steel blue. The largest and most famous among them are the lakes of Cap-de-Long, Orédon, Oule, Aubert and Omar.
This place is heaven for nature lovers and hiking enthusiasts.
To explore the National Nature Reserve of Néouvielle, we recommend you come between June and September, when the trails are free from snow.
