Many of them welcome visitors, with whom they are happy to share their expertise and their love for their work, which in many cases is even a passion. Honey, seasonal fruit, vegetables, cheeses, Bigorre black pork, beef, lamb, poultry and the fruits of nature, all obtained through eco-friendly, organic or traditional methods.
In addition, a number of producers and artisans have united their efforts to offer a wide selection of foods and traditional specialities that reflect this land of melodic accents.
