Our commitments

This tourist office belongs to the network of Tourist Offices of France. It undertakes to:

  1. Provide an easily accessible reception and information area.
  2. Simplify your measures required,
  3. Offer you a piece of furniture to sit on.
  4. Informing you free of charge about the local tourist offer.
  5. Offer you free access to wifi.
  6. Post and disseminate opening periods in at least two foreign languages.
  7. Open to the public at least 240 days a year on Saturday and Sunday inclusive during the tourist or entertainment period.
  8. Reply to your mail throughout the year.
  9. To distribute aswell on paper format, touristic information which is translated into at least two foreign languages relating to:
    1. All classified tourist accommodation containing at least the name of the establishment, the postal address, the e-mail address, the website address, the telephone number, the classification level;
    2. Cultural, natural or recreational tourist monuments and sites which may include the indication of rates at use, periods and opening hours , the website, telephone and postal contact details;
    3. Events and entertainment
    4. Emergency telephone numbers.
  10. Provide a permanent reception service maintained by staff, fluent in at least two foreign languages.
  11. Provide tourist maps and printed tourist guides.
  12. Give you access to its trilingual website.
  13. Update tourism information annually.
  14. Post emergency telephone numbers outside.
  15. Present all customers a qualified offer from its intervention area.
  16. Process your claims or inquiries and measure your satisfaction.
  17. Follow a quality approach.
  18. Provide a travel counsellor.
  19. Guarantee the reliability and current information on the local tourist offer.
