This tourist office belongs to the network of Tourist Offices of France. It undertakes to:
- Provide an easily accessible reception and information area.
- Simplify your measures required,
- Offer you a piece of furniture to sit on.
- Informing you free of charge about the local tourist offer.
- Offer you free access to wifi.
- Post and disseminate opening periods in at least two foreign languages.
- Open to the public at least 240 days a year on Saturday and Sunday inclusive during the tourist or entertainment period.
- Reply to your mail throughout the year.
- To distribute aswell on paper format, touristic information which is translated into at least two foreign languages relating to:
- All classified tourist accommodation containing at least the name of the establishment, the postal address, the e-mail address, the website address, the telephone number, the classification level;
- Cultural, natural or recreational tourist monuments and sites which may include the indication of rates at use, periods and opening hours , the website, telephone and postal contact details;
- Events and entertainment
- Emergency telephone numbers.
- Provide a permanent reception service maintained by staff, fluent in at least two foreign languages.
- Provide tourist maps and printed tourist guides.
- Give you access to its trilingual website.
- Update tourism information annually.
- Post emergency telephone numbers outside.
- Present all customers a qualified offer from its intervention area.
- Process your claims or inquiries and measure your satisfaction.
- Follow a quality approach.
- Provide a travel counsellor.
- Guarantee the reliability and current information on the local tourist offer.
