The Herbae estate breeds Porcs Noirs de Bigorre (AOP), and offers cured meats, cured meats and fresh, vintage meats.The estate is established on a protected and wild land composed of a real mosaic of natural meadows, country hedges and undergrowth, all in a bucolic context where the pigs can gamble freely.
In these vast spaces, Nicolas and Anouk raise their pigs in accordance with the appellation Porcs Noirs de Bigorre AOP. The uniqueness of the products offered by the Herbae estate is intimately linked to the natural diet of its pigs. Deli meats and small cured meats are made a few kilometres from the farm, in the workshops of Régis Daudignan, the Chef of J'GO establishments. Visit to the domain of Campistrous once a week. - Saturday at the markets of Bagnères-de-Bigorre and Bagnères-de-Luchon from 8:30 am to 1 pm
