The chefs and old friends, Luke and Sadayuki, invite you in their restaurant the Sandikala for a culinary trip to discover the flavors of here and elsewhere, always with local products!The Sandikala offers finely prepared dishes in an atmosphere that is both refined and relaxed, with flavors from elsewhere. The chefs offer a cuisine they want inventive, based on a French technique with influences and flavors from Asia. The menu of the week evolves according to the inspiration of the chefs, it is always made with the best fresh and seasonal ingredients, all from local sources.
The selection of wines from the region is also well thought out to improve your culinary experience by best accompanying your dishes. Kevin, the restaurant’s sommelier is always good advice.
Isabelle and Sébastien have carefully designed the room in a clean style highlighting the natural elements of the house, stone and wood. The Sandikala was awarded a green star by the Michelin Guide in January 2021. In addition to the high quality of the kitchen, this green star highlights respect for the environment.
